岗位职责：
1、负责对公司产品生产过程的制程检验，并及时出具检验结果；
2、负责内在质量不合格产品的跟踪与协调；
3、负责对不合格品进行分析检验，监督不合格品的处理过程；
4、负责对生产过程中的质量进行监控和检验分析，定期汇报给上级，如出现异常情况，及时汇报领导和相关部门；
5、负责仪器设备的维护和保养工作；
6、负责制程质量记录，对通过检验获得的信息和数据进行分析和处理，定期对质量记录进行统计、整理、归档；
7、负责每月对检验档案资料进行分类整理、统计、登记造册；

任职要求：
1、中专及以上学历，三年以上五金制品品检经验，熟练掌握五金制品品质检测流程；
2、会看机械图纸，会使用各种检测工具；
3、敏锐的观察力，能及时发现流程中需要改进的地方；
4、会使用基本的办公软件。
